Dr. Graham Kemsley is a plastic surgeon in Orange County who was born in England and raised in Canada. He did his undergraduate studies in the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta. He then attended the prestigious University of Alberta Medical School and followed that with a General Rotating Internship at the Edmonton General Hospital. At that time he received his medical licentiate from the Medical Counsel of Canada.

Dr. Kemsley then went into General Practice in Vancouver for several years before returning to the University of Alberta Hospital for his residency in General Surgery. This was followed by specializing in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. During this time he worked as an Emergency physician to help make ends meet for his young family. He was certified in plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons specializing in Plastic Surgery. He was later certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Kemsley initially went into practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Calgary, Canada where he was an early pioneer in Microvascular Replantation Surgery and Cosmetic Liposuction. He developed and was the director of the Notre Dame Surgical Center. He was the chief of Plastic Surgery and chief of Surgical Specialties at the Holy Cross hospital. During that time he also worked in Rhiyad, Saudi Arabia helping develop their Plastic Surgery program at the King Faisal Specialty Hospital.

Twenty years ago he moved to California, becoming a plastic surgeon in Orange County specializing in Cosmetic Surgery. He developed the Irvine Blvd. Surgical Center as well as the Newport Institute of Surgery. He was also on the board of the Irvine Multi-Specialty Surgical Center.

Dr. Kemsley is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has been a member of the Pan Pacific Surgical Society, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, as well as many other prestigious medical organizations.
